Tracks to Language
Tracks to Language is an early intervention program targeting social communication, fine-motor, and age-appropriate feeding skills. These skills lay the foundation for developmental progression in children. The overall goal for this program is to promote functional social communication and interaction to use with familiar and unfamiliar listeners across different environments. The therapists individualize intervention to meet the needs of each child while following the SCERTS (social communication, emotional regulation, transactional supports) model of communication. This model is outlined below and is a nonverbal, meaningful, and purposeful way of communication.
