A Therapy Connection offers speech-language enrichment camps, sensory handwriting camps, and a picky eater lunch group. We are always forming new classes, so please call to get dates and times! As classes form, children will be placed in a group that best suits their developmental needs and abilities. We are now forming our summer sessions!
Due to the cost involved in planning and staffing the camps, in the event a family needs to cancel, a 50% refund will be given two weeks prior to the start of camp. No refund will be given 13 or fewer days prior to the start of camp or after the camp has started. In the event A Therapy Connection must cancel a camp, a full refund will be given.

Intermediate Printers- developmental ages 6-8 years (75 min sessions). This handwriting camp is designed to utilize fun sensory motor techniques to solidify the skills your child is currently learning regarding word formation, punctuation, and attention to lines and spacing. Grasp, hand strength and endurance, and pencil control will be addressed as well in order to improve handwriting legibility.
Printing Masters- developmental ages 9-12 (75 min sessions). Older children will love this sensory motor approach to handwriting mastery! Speed, legibility, and endurance will be the main focus of this camp. Your child will also learn techniques to help maintain focus and attention during handwriting tasks at school and at home.
Picky Eater Lunch Group
The picky eater lunch group is four weeks in length and occurs once or twice a week for an hour. Once a week sessions are $200 and twice a week sessions are $400. Finicky eaters will enjoy this low-stress one-hour lunch group designed to develop your child's eating repertoie. Your child will be exposed to new foods. They will play in it and make food art, all working up to the point where they will try a new food. A food inventory will be established at the beginning of the group and hopefully by the end, the kids will be a bit more willing to try new things. Some will have overcome any food fears they have, while others will hopefully be a bit more open to trying new foods.
